Beauty Tips for Face
You have one abiding dream: to have radiant, healthy and beautiful face and skin at any age. Is this dream possible? Some may say that this dream is tough to achieve but I say it is easy if you know the right formula. Yes, there is a formula and it is simpler than you think. A balanced lifestyle, proper diet, regular visits to your dermatologist and dermaceuticals to boost the natural resiliency of your skin is the formula. This is not a difficult thing to do unless you do not have self-discipline and the drive to really achieve your goal of having a radiant face.
Our face is the first part of our body that will show signs of aging. I know all of us dread the sight of wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes, pimples and dark spots on our face. These are all signs of aging. We cannot stop time and prevent aging but we can actually prevent these signs from showing. Let me give you some of anti-aging tips which can help us maintain a beautiful face.
Use a humidifier at home and moisturizing washes when bathing to relieve dry skin problems. Do not use products with harsh ingredients for your face as this could lead to drying. Most beauty experts do not recommend beauty soaps for the face as these have usually harsh substances. It is better to use facial foams or facial wash.
Do not visit tanning salons or sunbathe, and as much as possible stay out of the sun between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Too much sun or heat exposure can cause harmful affects to our skin especially our face which is more often exposed. The face is a very sensitive part of the body which needs extra care.
Should you need to be under the sun at the mentioned time, be sure to apply sun protection and wear protective clothing such as hat and sunglasses.
Water is always essential and it could help aging signs show by keeping our skin hydrated.
If you opt to use dermaceutical products, here are the components that you should look for in the product.
Exfoliants like glycolic acid, salicylic acid, alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA) and aluminium oxide crystal creams slough off aged and dead skin.
Tretinoin – this firm up the skin thus reduces blemishes and fine lines. This is derived from vitamin A.
Advanced sunblocks are aggressive blockers that protect against UVA and UVB rays. It is also effective in repairing damage to DNA done by ultraviolet light.
Antioxidants – This is usually connected to vitamin C, or glutathione. It rebuilds collagen and stop free radicals from interfering with the body’s natural repair process.
